Just had my 69th birthday. Got an Avanti project car from my wife and sons. It already had the engine and trans out. They knew I wanted a R engine and this deal was a steal. I am using the engine in my 53. I have the body sold. I will probably have a powershift trans with flex plate, flywheel, starter and cooling sheet metal, etc for sale. Also, maybe a supercharger, s/c air cleaner, prestolite alternator, R windage tray, and oil pan breather tube (repo) for sale. If anyone is intrested let me know. I would like for some of you to tell me what you think these items are worth. I don't want to price them too high, but I want a fair price.
