  • Paint: When to weatherstrip

Ok the question is the order of doing things. Install the new weatherstripping then paint? Or paint then install the new weatherstripping? The weatherstripping at the doors need to be replaced.
    Thanks

Paint first. Unless you want the weatherstrip body color. I tried masking mine, I waited too long to take the tape off, some is still on after three years.

That is correct, NEVER install it first.
