I've read that the were going to demolish the last Studebaker factory in Hamilton.
But I've also read that it didn't go through, or that some folks wanted to make it a commemorative building.

I'm curious on what it's fate is. I'm wanting to take my Stude there one day, so it can see its birthplace.

Really? That is disheartening.

If you can still buy a brick, it might be easier to bring the factory (a small part) to your Studebaker.

That is true. Are those the bricks that the SNM is selling?

I don't think so, I picked mine up at the SB meet from our Canadian contingent. I don't remember who did it but Stu Chapman might know if any are left.

Neat because they say Hamilton on them.

I dropped off about 30 bricks at the museum this spring. They all have "HAMILTON " on them so there is no mixing them up with South Bend bricks. Give them a call and ask if they still have some.
