    Anybody have a current price guide? Need to know what a #5 condition 58 Commander Starlight is worth. Thanks.

    NADA does not do a 5, but low is $4250, so maybe half that. But...Figure 6K to do the chrome, 4K or more for paint/body, 3K for interior, well, you get the idea.

      NADA does not do a 5, but low is $4250, so maybe half that. But...Figure 6K to do the chrome, 4K or more for paint/body, 3K for interior, well, you get the idea.

        Well John he is asking $2500 but I don't think it is worth that so maybe I'll offer somewhat less than that.A lot less. The engine is out as it had 2 spun bearings but the crank has been turned allready.
        Interior is toast, it is an automatic, no keys to get in trunk and look. No rust in floors though. Needs front fenders (rust).

            To be honest, I would not take it for free if I was forced to restore it. Too much pot metal to replate, the $250 for one piece of belt line taught me that, and it was unpitted. Ignore me if you want just want to save it at whatever the cost.
