    I don't know the pre 1947 models very well, but the lady appears to be sitting on the bumper of a 1938 Commander big 6.

        Hi Jan,

        If you have the licence plate numbers I can check
        with the Swedish county archives what the year and model
        of the cars are. And also if these particular
        Studebakers have survived in Sweden.

            The ladly is sitting on the bumper of a 38 State Commander. The bottom picture is a 28/29 Erskine.
