Has anyone swapped a 1950 Champion, 113" wheelbase body to a 1965 Cruiser, 113" wheelbase frame. Tread widths are within one inch, front and rear.

I would not be surprised if the difference in tread is in the wheels.Diesel loving, autocrossing, Coupe express loving, Grandpa Architect. -
It might just work since the 1947-52 Stude car center sections; firewall on back, were essentially the same and the 1951-85 Stude/Avanti frames were essentially identical aside from wheelbase.--------------------------------------
