Is there a light that goes in the numbers in the cyclops or is it suppose to glow in the dark? Bought a NOS Cyclops and there is only 2 holes for the tail tale lights.

It does NOT glow in the dark. 1952 was the last year for that. There should be at least one hole for a lamp. You can look at the one already installed in your car to see where the lamp is.
Before you install it, lay it on its face and oil the little dimple in the casing where the cable attaches. Let is soak in and oil it again.
