  • Frame / Springs: removing 1950 champion coil springs

so this weekend i am planning on lowering my 1950 champion. the rear should be a piece of cake and we will just be using lowering blocks. however i am not totally sure how to go about removing the front coil springs. what all do i need to know? how do i go about doing this?

The shop manual explains the process. If the car is still assembled, you should be able to do the job with hand tools and a floor jack.
