Thank you for your kind reply. It brings me a lot of happiness and joy to own my own studebaker. I think I really love it so much is because my husband loved me so much to buy it for me and make my dream car happen. Its a symbol of his love for me like my wedding ring is. I never had anyone in my life do such a wonderful thing like this.none of my friends have something like this either.

Glad you like your Lark, it's a Girl's best friend! But she's not a PINK downtown girl, she's a ROSE uptown Girl!

Remember those little books Studebaker put out about 1962-63 "Girl Meets Lark" and "Alice in Larkland"
Studebaker certainly marketed to the girls as well.
Glad you are enjoying your Lark, my wife and I enjoy ours.

Your car's beautiful. My '59 Lark is pink, although Studebaker called it "Tahiti Coral". I've owned the car for 22 years.

The funny thing Judy is that you could have chosen this stock '63 Lark Rose Mist Metallic and been about a half a shade off from your "Custom" Rose Color!
