Is there anything special about the rear cam plug on a 64 289? My thinking is a 1 1/2 shallow cup style plug, but even a shallow plug will block part of the oil hole that goes from the cam rear to the top of the block. It strikes me it should be a relief hole for oil from the rear bearing, but it doesn't look correct for that. What am I missing?
