  • anyone know where the Bulletnose Studebakers from the 1997 Batman are?

I was flipping through the channels today and came across the 1997 Batman and Robin movie... and it caught my attention that there were numerous bullet nose Studebakers as the gotham city police..

    Are these cars still around?

Dunno, but I also seem to recall Alfred driving one as well in one of the movies.

Watched a movie last night called The Secret Life of Bees set in the south around 1964. Saw one bulletnose boing away, one lark and, I believe, the tail end of an Avanti diagonally parked on a street. Lots of Fords too. I'm guessing the local Ford and Studebaker clubs participated.

One of them is in a museum in Vallejo California. Saw it last year.

I'd post a picture of it if I could. It's too hard to do now. If someone wants to post it, send me a pm and I'll e-mail the picture so you can post it.

Sorry but you made it to hard to do now.

I have a couple of pictures of that Bulletnose, but unfortunately, the last time I saw it was at the 1995 Studebaker International Meet in Dearborn. On that front, I know those cars were apparently used in a couple of the Batman movies.
