I was going to say it is a '63 Standard, but wondered why it has the Vanity, then I zoomed in on the body side and saw the holes for the Regal trim, it's a Regal VIII 2 Dr. with Overdrive, not in bad shape.

What StudeRich said. The dual-chamber master cylinder helps verify it is a Regal, not a Standard, as does the full-width molding between the backup light housings. BP
