Hey guys,

I'm working on this 49 R5. There are a good bit of parts that i'm taking off this truck, that i'm either replacing with modern/different stuff, or i'm just deciding not to put back on the truck for its finished look. If anyone is looking for certain parts message me or comment here, and if i have something i'll post a pic of what i got, and we can work out a deal????

And if people are really interested i'll do a list, but its kind of growing as i modify and change the truck.

How about a front bumper

i have the front bumper. Its painted, and would definately need REpainted. Its not chrome or anything. I can take a pic tomorrow and post it for you.

Steering Wheel?, outside mirrors -either side or both

and wheel. It got some cracks in the middle sections but none on the outer ring. I do have a horn button too.

b1ghwx, Here is the pic of drum from the front, They are both in identical shape!


All the lug studs are good, and not stripped or crossthreaded. The inside is not bad but to be safe i'd get them turned by someone. Thats what i did to my rears.

anyone else interested, just off the top of my head i have:

Front bumper
Splash pan (between bumper and grill)
Tail lights/turn signals.
Front fender mount turn signals (amber, dont match. Must have been replaced at some point)
Head light trim rings w/marker lenses
Black column shifter knob
Front brake shoes (probably not usuable condition, need to use as cores, or get relined to be safe)
Front axle
Brand new king pin set (wont need now)
New tie end rod
Spindels and backing plate for brakes
Steering arms
(possible steering box)
(possible column shifter mech, w/ linkage and lever)
Front leaf springs
Muffler
front and rear Knee action/lever action shocks (all working i believe)

And motor transmission and rear are too early to say (we may have another project to use them on) IF not I'd be willing to sell. All running and working.
