PLEASE... Edit your header so it makes sense a week/month/year from now.

How about E-15 Fuel .... Do Not Use This In Old Cars Not Prepared For It.

Your current header will be lost in a week, and will help nobody when a future search is done.
A good header will immediately pop up when someone does an easy one word search a long time from now.
    Just trying to help.....

Sage advice for all of us on the forum and particularly in the "Technical Talk" section. Thanks

Good advice, but, when delivered by a negative political, conspiracy theory, anti-govt, anti-EPA, slant, it looses is efficacy.

There is a bit of political taint in the delivery, but the message is still pertinent: Use E-15 in any car, old or new, that is not made specifically to handle it and you will kill your car.

We should be drinking and eating corn instead of putting it in our cars.

Agreed and that could tilt the political scene the other way, especially in states like Iowa. Just saying.

I am pretty sure E15 was outlawed by Fed Law. The bill to allow it was lobbied against by SEMA and shot down.
How would you get it, we don't have it. I filled up last night with Union 76 (Conaco/Phillips) 87 Reg. 100 % gasoline available in 3 Octanes.

UPDATE: OK I listened to the whole Video and found out it is 10 Stations in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa that are somehow selling this junk fuel.

The Law(s) I remember must have been various States not the FED. as it SHOULD have been!

If someone wants to destroy an engine and void their warranty, they can go for it. New car manufacturers have already stated if E15 is used, you are on your own WHEN engine problems begin.

Isn't it fascinating to watch 2 corporations work at cross purposes?
