Anyone know this South Bend Vendor ?

I cant remember the name of a SB Stude vendor who had 64 upholstery for sale last summer at the Int Meet.He also had a lot of early 1950s parts and he used to be the conducctor of the Studebaker Bank. Any help with a name etc would be appreciated
