  • Body / Glass: Cowl Sections and Upper Rear Panels

So I was checking out a '64 Commander 4-Dr at a western salvage yard looking for a deck lid for the Daytona. My Commander 2-Dr is rusted in the cowl/hinge pillar and the rear panel between the rear window and deck lid. Will these panels work? The deck lid was $350 but I'm thinking of asking about these parts if someone is certain they'll fit.

OK, I've found that the parts interchange between the 2-dr and 4-dr sedans. I need to see what he wants for carving up a 4-door sedan.

Those '64-'66 deck lids are pricey....but then again, they always were in short supply.

I need a deck lid on both cars. The Daytona lid is full of bondo from a prior accident and the Commander is nothing but rust. As this will probably all come together (and the donor is another Commander) I'll probably leave it for that purpose.
