    To their credit, PIXAR did the same thing for the original CARS movie. They wanted the correct sound of a Hudson Hornet 7X race engine to use when "Doc Hudson" starts up out in the desert to race Lightning McQueen and show Lightning a thing or two about racing on dirt.

    The sound dubbed in the movie for Doc Hudson is, in fact, the Hornet 7X race engine owned by Hudson Club member Ivan Zaremba of San Rafael CA.

    Kudos to all who take the time to make things authentic in this "quick & dirty" age. BP
