I have a compound pressure/vac gauge that I'd like to use on my R2. Can anyone tell me where the best place is to tap the intake system to be able to accurately read manifold +/- pressure? Where did the supercharged GHs tap the manifold for their gauge readings?

It is easier than you think, just remove the 3/8 in. pipe plug on the left rear runner of the Intake Manifold and install a "T" for the Vacuum Gauge and the Power Brake Booster as the Factory did.StudeRich

Thanks, Rich. I took a look at mine (R3 style intake) and there's already a "tee" with the booster on one port and the carb dashpot on the other. I'll have to make up an adapter to tap the 1/16" gauge line into the 1/4" dashpot line, I scoured all my auto parts stores & hardware stores but didn't find anything I liked.
