  • New wheels for Barney

Finally swapped rid of the rusty Cragars for a set of Chrysler OEM style steelies and chrome lug nuts. My wife says caps would look good; I'm inclined to run 'em bare. Dunno, but either way the new tires and wheels make me happy

IMHO The black wheels and black wall tires look a bit stark. It needs some shine or contrast. Either a hub cap or a brighter color wheel would make it pop. Of course, we are going by the picture and it may look a bit different to the eye.

Are those sbp or bbp Mopar rims?

Are the reverse side of the tires white letter? If so, I would run them white letters out. Just for contrast. Looks good though!

The CAR looks a bit stark. I think it's a good fit. Kinda completes the whole package.

I like the black wheels but like others here I think maybe a simple trim ring would be nice. As far as the aforementioned white letters on the side walls for me that never works. Of course maybe it is for the same reason I don't care for white sidewalls.....you have to keep 'em clean!

If those are factory Chrysler/Dodge wheels the Cop Car Caps should fit, just a bit pricey from the hub cap guys.

I'm not sure of the nomenclature you're using, George. But they're '73 - '81 Chrysler 15x6. They fit perfectly

I'm actually thinking of '70 Super Bee center caps:

A little bling without being overly flashy.

Of course, it'll take Baby Moons, too:

                            Choices...

But Chrysler trim rings would work too, and leave just the chrome lug nuts visible:

my 1st thought was baby moons, but i think the trim rings w/the chrome lug nuts would look pretty cool!

anyone have pics or good at photoshop?
