      Ouch Back!, Of course I did .... That's why I posted the question here...

      I even went back again to see if something was missed, but there's no indication of what chapter represents San Antonio....

        San Antonio is either in or on the edge of Texas hill country.

        Many folks outside of Texas don't realize how big Texas is. And many folks inside of Texas don't realize that there is anywhere else but Texas.

        Maybe that's why they don't spell it out very well.
