I'm going down to Napa to peek at two interesting wagons currently up for auction. One of them has this tailgate. The script seems wrong. Am I being too critical?
The second one has a rather deciding mark on the step. Now, there are a number of vehicles that were re-done using whatever parts were lying around. It was very common in the seventies and eighties to use steps from a junk heap to identify a vehicle which had no other markings. Thus, I have to wonder.
I mean... it looks like it just might be a studebaker... Sorry about the quality of the left side picture. I had to reduce a two and a half meg file to a workable size. So, Mr Quinn, you're the picture archive around here. Do you have any old shots that could authenticate these by any chance? Anyone else?
