  • What is correct tire size for 64-66 Lark Cruiser?

Standard wheel, 205-75-15 seems to rub on hard turns. Anyone's thoughts? Like the correct answer. Thanks.

Hi Jack it's your old friend Rich. from OEC. There should be no problem with that size if your springs are still good (proper stance) and you have stock Studebaker wheels, except of course the fact that they are a bit narrow; 4 1/2 inches for those tires.

The rubbing may be caused by using the wrong offset replacement wheels. The '76 to '79 Chrysler Cordoba 5 1/2 in. wide wheels on my '64's do not rub even with wider P215X70R15 Goodyears on them.

Did you get the Firestone or Cooper narrow white Tires?
