  • Got the bug

I don't know why I have this desire to own one but lately I can't see, read enough about Avanti's. I've heard they ride poorly are a pain to work on but still want one and not just any ole Avanti I want a supercharged one!! Ah well it's a dream, what's your dream Studebaker?

A '64 GT Hawk, 4spd, and supercharged. a 64 4spd GT would be very good as well

i used to have a "top 5" list, but now it's closer to a top 12, and they move on the chart occasionally.

      right now: 58 Packard Hawk, 63 Avanti R-2 with a/c (i know, they didn't come with a/c). 51 Commander, L/C, or starlight coupe w/ V-8. that's just the start...

      dream on! it's free!!!

            50 Commander Starlight coupe.
            56 Golden Hawk
            55 President State Sedan
            58 Packard Hardtop (not Hawk)
            64 GT Hawk

The 56J would be the only one that I have already owned. I haven't had the others.

I like your list because I have owned all of these.
