  • What's up with my forum signature?

I just noticed that instead of the Studebakers of Arkansas logo that I have always had on my signature line I have an emoticon. I see some others have that too. I did not change my signature. Have we been hacked?

    52-Fan,

That is same question I asked when I notified "Showbizkid," one of our moderators, of the situation. Since those "emoticons" on the right side, of the message response box, have drastically changed, since earlier today.

One of the emoticons looks to be "triggered" by part of the code in a photo link.

Something is up becasue all of my emoticons changed to fancy moving emoticons.
I had to go remove a bunch of them that got into my profile stuff, too.

I sent a message to Mark, at Cornerstone Registry, who is our Webmaster, to alert him of the issue. Saying that the Fire Dept, needs to get on the scene and take care of it.

If you notice, the emotion icons on the right side of the "advanced" message box, are completely changed from earlier this morning, which makes me believe, we may have an "alien" life form on the forum.

PS.....Heard back from Mark/Cornerstone Registry.....He forwarded my message back to "Showbizkid" which I have already alerted! Hmm....reminds me of "Catch 22!" Mark only has "technical" oversight of the forum.....doesn't have any clue about the software, etc....

            Well now- this certainally sucks~

not only is it effecting photobucket links, but it's doing that to other 'live' links too!!!

Note that the smiley in my sigline is from somewhere else...

I'm gonna blame it on this guy~ :/
and the 'code' that makes him appear here.

Gotta get that fixed, every one of the signature pics(including mine) looks like a snubbed, bored eyeroll. I can't have my pics out and about with a "I'm bored of being bothered and don't give a ****" on them!!

The problem is the html code for the "Yeah, right" icon. The code for the icon is : / (without the space,) which posts the :/ icon into the link.

The : / without the space is in most picture, and all link http: // link codes.

I'm glad it was an internal problem and not someone messing with us.
