  • Body / Glass: Vent window rivets????

Does anyone here have or knows who has those small probably 1/8 inch flat rivets that hold the U channel and the rubber vent seal on the vent window assembly?

Check with Studebaker International, they may have them.

Or, do a search for 'semi-tubular rivets' on Google and you should come up with a number of sources.

SI does not carry them . I was very surprised they don't since they sell everything you need to redo the vent windows.....seems kind of strange they haven't had them made or at least aquired a stock of them.

I can put up with a little irritation for all the good the forum does. My question got moved too, but it was more technical. The problem is that sometimes the folks with the answers don't look at the technical forum.
