Some old timers may remember this group and at 84 years old, he can still hold a tune well.

Shown with Jonny is one of the museum's great volunteer's, Ester, who always makes everyone enjoy their visit.

The ending of a previous film was shot in the Museum using the actors favorite car (a 1938 President) as the background.
They are web based and will have links to them after editing.

If you would like to hear Johnny sing some more Platters songs, or see some more Studebaker's be sure to join us in Bellingham for our Open House on Drive Your Studebaker Day, September 8th.

Fingers crossed that I can still make it up there for the 8th. I am still working on nailing down a date that I can borrow a truck and come pick up that trunk lid as well. It will be by the end of this month though if that works for you James.

                Dave,

There is yet another car club who are driving down from Canada to visit this Sunday. They should arrive at 10am if all goes fine at the border.
They said they heard about the Studebaker's and got our number from a friend in another car club, who got it from someone in another car club...
Hard to find any time that's not busy with the last group having plans to tour in October, but hard to turn down people who are so anxious to see Studebaker's!

Sean, we look forward to meeting you and hope you can make it September 8th!

Mr Clemens, comments like yours is what makes all the hard work worth doing.
Like fine wine, the music and the vehicles of your era only get better with time.

Bob- we hope you will find a way to visit again someday.

Rich- It's great knowing that you are doing well and we look forward to seeing you back in the saddle of a Studebaker soon!.

                Thanks,

                James
