  • 53 K barn find

Here is my 53 K fresh from the barn where I put it in 1988. My plan was to restore it when I retired. Well I retired 10 years ago but never had the ambition or skill to restore it. I decided that if I want to drive it before I check out I need to find someone to restore it. It is now in Ferndale being worked on at Studebaker Northwest. Will post on the progress.

    Terrific!
    Good luck with it.

        Too cool. Another 2 tone Chippewa/Lombard green '53 K.

Very sweet. I wish I had still had the one that got away in the 70s. Took me four years to get another one back on the road. Yours looks like it'll shine right up. Good luck.
