    (Don't take this wrong, but...)

    Owning a wrecker/tow truck means everyone within a thousand miles
    will be calling you when their car won't start, or breaks down.
    But if you are good with that....

      And every trooper and DOT officer in the area will pull you over to make sure you have the proper licenses,icc permit,insurance etc..

        I was going to add that you need appropriate license to tow cars. So a note on the bumper - not a service vehicle would be a good idea. It would just be a neat piece to have. Surely one of the few that are out there.

          In Cali you would need to put a "Not for Hire" sign somewhere on it just to be clear to broken down motorist that you are not there for them.
