Has anyone ever swapped electric windows for a hand crank regulator in an early Avanti?

I'm wondering if it's do-able. I'd prefer the hand crank over what I have now, but obviously will live with it if a swap is next to impossible. Thanks!

To: tomnoller,---- I believe a lot of folks with early Avanti's would like to do the same thing! it's really a matter of finding good L&R manual window regulators. (good luck) There also would probably be an upholstery issue
as the manual window cranks are not in the same location on the trim panel as the power window switches.
