I was wondering how much different the cabs are on the M series than the C series,
will the front hood , nose and fenders fit the cowl? I know they probably wont but just wondering

Two completely different animals.
Only thing common is light bulbs and wiper blades (and someone will correct me on that, too...)

I THINK the early C-cab outer door handles were the same. At least, the same as far as the stainless handle portion goes - the shaft was different, I'm sure. The part # for the two versions is only ONE digit different.
