I haven't seen a hawk trunk that has covering over the floor and sides. Is this special to the PH or owner added?

This is one of the many differences between a Packard Hawk and Studebaker. Refer to the other thread/topic for mechanical differences.
The Packard Hawk trunk used Printed Burtex. The Golden Hawk trunk used Fiber.Gary L.
