Hello! I am looking for a color chip brochure for 1966 including the color " Mount Royal Red Metalic". I have been to many body shops, nobody seems to have it. I know that it was discontinued during the production year, making it difficult to track down. Thank you!

the only color chips were from the salesmans information distributed by Studebaker. I have chips for most years from 1939 to the end by a couple of the major paint manufacturers but they didnt print chips for the last year- I would have to look to see if they had them for the 65's either.59 Lark wagon, now V-8, H.D. auto!

Check with the literature vendors or watch ebay for a brochure that says 'Studebaker Decor '66' on the front, or for the DuPont chips.........

Yes, I am finding that to be the issue, PPG (Ditzler) made the paint I'm pretty sure. We were hoping to put our hands on a dealer brochure or a paint chip to match to but that is looking to be a monumental task. The 65's didn't include the Mount Royal Red either. Thanks for your help, --Eric--

I can tell you the Ditzler code is 71559. See: http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcod...age=10&rows=50
If you want to buy the paint chips go here: http://www.mclellansautomotive.com/l...literature.php

That is EXACTLY what I am in need of! I will call Monday morning. Thank you so much. We just need something to take a picture of. I too found that Ditzler code from the PPG Library. That is good news that there is something else out there other than the dealer brochure with that paint chip on it, because finding oone of those brochures is proving next to impossible. Thanks again--- Eric----
