    That looks like a Scotsman grille painted chassis black. If so, it sure was added sometime after the car was built! BP

      That's the stock PH grill that one normally doesn't notice because it's deep inside the cat fish's mouth and painted flat black..

        Manufacturers in the states didn't start using electric fans for cooling until the mid 80's.
        So, I would guess thats the install timeline. Also, the corragated plastic wire loom is later than the 60's.

          I'll bet the same fabricator stamped that grill as did the Scotsman grill.

          I'd love to compare the thickness, material, and size of the squares. BP

            I'd suggest either rerouting the wiring of the fan or at the least securing it with plastic ties.

              The wire loom was put in a few years ago, the fan is much older.
