Does anyone know what year president a p/n 190107 button belongs to???

'37 & '38 President

Edit: I should mention that the black portion of the button is what carries that number you gave. If it sports a President emblem, the number of that emblem is 189867. The black portion was also used in '38 Commanders and the '38 Coupe Express. Of course, it would be fitted with a different emblem in those instances - one that said "STUDEBAKER"
