  • NEW PLAN- any ideas? (UPDATE)

New plan in my quest for a Lark parts car:

I may be driving to Florida in the next week or two; I have some parts to deliver, and the cost would be more than gas to drive the stuff down in my conversion van... so I'm thinking about driving the stuff down and taking a little vacation while I'm there...

What I'd LOVE to do is bring my tow dolly along, and bring home a Lark with me [] So I'm looking hard for a 59-61 Lark 4-door, fairly complete, with or without engine or trans., rustbucket fine, needs the rearend in and rollable and enough front susp. to tie down on the dolly; anywhere along the East Coast!! I'd bring a couple new tires mounted on Stude wheels with me. Willing to go out of my way in any direction somewhat...

Please, put your feelers out and let me know if you know of any! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

P.S. If I don't get a Lark parts car, I MIGHT consider bringing a different Stude home with me; let me know what you have- it'd be a waste to come home empty!!

        Bob,

Drop me an e-mail off-line and I think I may be able to help with one here in Central Va. It will only be an hour detour off I-95 and save you from dragging a car all the way from FLA.

You should give Sonny Josker a call...
He mentioned to me that he might let his rust free California Lark go... He's just a few miles south of Columbia, SC.

I just dropped you a note offline. Would you be interested in bringing along a Stude truck on your way down to help out on the gas costs?
