            I am not an expert on pedal cars but there were several makers back in the 20s. One of the best was Steelcraft and this one has characteristics of cars built by that company. Today a car like the one in the photo in average condition would bring more than the actual full size car in 1926 (around $2500). A similar car is shown on the front cover of the Dec 1926 Studebaker Wheel magazine below.

              I don't even want to think what that pedalcar would cost today at auction when I see what the non-brand pedal cars from the 50's are going for.
