                  Was that video from a Studebaker? Was that a Studebaker power plant? Nice video either way.
                  In that second pic was that 4 Studes and a Volvo...very cool.

                    That engine sound is amazing!

                      Sweet video Bob~ thanks for sharing that. The last one from La Carrera I remember seeing here on our beloved SDC Forum didn't end well for the 'staring' Studebaker...

                          That is some sweet driving, so smooth as the narrative said. Did not hear a single tire squeal through the whole thing. If I read correctly they were the overall winner in 2010. Very impressive and another high mark for Studebaker!

                            That was some good driving for sure. I was watching it and wondering if I'd have the cahones to ride along where that camera set. I think there'd be permanent fingerprints in the naugahyde when I got up. It's one thing to be at the wheel yourself - it's another to be at the mercy! LOL!

                            Yes, Kelly - that is a Stude coupe (53 or 54). I'm not sure about the engine - maybe someone else here knows.

                              All but one of the Studebakers that have run recently in the LaCarrera Panamericana have run other than Studebaker engines. Most of those cars have chassis that are very NASCAR-like.
