I KNOW its not Studebaker related .. but I had to share, I can't stop
laughing over this. I see the pictures and lose it. One comment I
heard was "reminds me of Back to the Future III when the De Lorean was
getting pushed by the train" - except he never hit 88 mph!;)

What's funny about it?
How the heck did he get in front of the truck where the driver could not see him?
Incredible? Yes.
Funny? No way....
Imagine how funny it would have been if the chair folded up a wheel and he was crushed to death...
Freaky......but not funny.

Amazing story; didn't strike me as funny, instead reinforced one of life's lessons: Try as you might, no one knows what's going to happen next- so live the best you can, because literally anything can happen...[:0]

The young lad was darn lucky that the handles on his chair were firmly locked in the grille of the truck or he would have been facing a huge disaster. I suspect that no one would think it was funny if they had just taken his 4 mile ride.

Its funny BECAUSE of the outcome .....[B)]

If the chair folded up killing the guy it wouldnt have been funny. Its
also funny because of his comments about the experience :

"I thought it was kind of like a fair ride. I dont remember feeling
any bumps though. I must have, but the road must have been pretty
smooth."

I also found the shirt funny "I'm a pepper".[:p]

...and the fact he was worried about ending up in South Haven.:D
