  • '58 Packard sighted (Interstate FIVE)

As I am not aware of ANY '58 Packards in the area~ imagine my (and Mike's) surprize when we both happened to be looking out the window here at our shop just about 1/2 and hour ago to see a black '58 Packard blazing down the Interstate!!! It was headed North, looked to have had a white roof, and may have been a hardtop. It could not be caught given the head start it had. I was too in shock to move quick enough, I suppose...

If you know whose it might've been- drop me a line please. Thanks.

Actually Dave, I might know of that car. I was talking to a Seattle Chapter member about a month ago, and he was telling me of a '58 Packard he saw in a shop down there, and met the owner. Maybe the same one?

Possibly a Northern neighbor who drove down to WA for the less expensive (per gallon price) gas? OR as Dylan said, the car was in a Seattle shop
but still was being driven home to Canada when you saw it Dave. (There are probably a dozen or more 'possibilities' for that car that a screenwriter would love).
