I HAVE A NEW WIRING HARNESS GOING INTO MY 48 IT IS A HARNESS I GOT FROM STUDE INTL I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY HEAD LIGHTS THE RED AND THE BLACK FROM THE HARNESS HAVE CONSTANT POWER I ALWAYS HAVE HIGH BEAMS I ALSO TRIED WITH OUT THE FLOOR SWITCH IT DOESNT HELP I HAVE A NEW FLOOR SWITCH AND NEW HEADLIGHT SWITCH AND WE ARE FOLLOWING THE WIRING DIAGRAM TO THE COLOR CAN ANYONE BE OF HELP THE ONLY THING I DIDNT CHECK IS IF THE HEADLIGHT BULBS ARE RIGHT COULD THE BE A SINGLE BULB AND NOT A HIGH LOW BEAM?[V][V][V][V]

Slow down, shift out of ALL CAPITALS, sit on a box and have a beer. This is a detective project.

For some reason your bulbs are wired with the wrong colors. the power is feeding to the ground terminal, feeding both filaments. You need to figure out which wire is ground, then figure out which wire is high beam and which is low beam. With the colors mixed up, there' sno way we can help, you're going to have to tough it out. I spent two years not driving at night because of this.
