  • Other: What IS this part?

    This thing was lurking in the trunk of my car and I have NO idea what it is. It is made of about 7/8" bar stock and is about 6" long. I am sure someone will know.

    It's not a Studebaker part, or even a car part. It's part of a swing set or lawn swing.

      It's a practice boomerang. You tie a line on the hook and throw it. If it does not come back at least you have the line to pull it back.

        Looks to me like it is the end piece that slips into the two poles that come to a vee at the end of a hamock. Mac.
