Did Studebaker offer an option of a trunk carpet as opposed the harringbone mat? One of my '64 Hawks has a perfect fit trunk carpet that matches the blue color of the car and I got to thinking I had never seen one in any other Hawk?

No, and even though I have the patterns for carpet, it's a bad idea. Once the carpets get damp, the trunk will rust out.
