"Black Moon Rising"--'64 Hawk

TiVoed a 1986 movie the other day, “Black Moon Rising” Tommy Lee Jones/Linda Hamilton. Unbelievably. Hamilton had an XKE convertible AND a beautiful white '64 Hawk! There was a scene in the Hawk where Jones said “Nice car. My Dad had a Studebaker. Loved it.”

I'm wondering how much SOMEONE paid the director of the movie to put that car and that line in? Studebaker was 20-years-gone by then, so couldn't have been the Company. Interesting.
