  • Exhaust: Split exhaust header for OHV 6?

I'm wanting to make one for my '61 Lark, and I was just wondering if there's any easy way to go about that.

Welcome! I think that you can purchase one already made from Bill Cathcart. To me, that would be the easiest way.

But to be honest, I don't believe anyone makes a header for the OHV engine...

I would second checking with Bill Cathcart. He knows everything about the Studebaker flathead sixes and even sells completely hot-rodded engines. See his ad in "Turning Wheels."

I emailed Bill Cathcart last year about getting a set my my ohv six and he said at the time he was swamped but to contact him in a couple of months. If I recall he wrote that he did the one as a prototype with future plans for others but I am trying to remember long delete emails.

Like others have wrote... Contact Bill for more current availability
