B.C. Southern Interior Chapter Meeting

Today 40 people showed up to our Chapter Meeting with 13 Studebakers.
After a nice lunch an a short meeting we went on a wonderful garage tour and cruise thru the Farm Lands of the North Okanagan.

Looks like today was a great chapter meeting day!

While we at the meeting in the small town of Armstrong B.C. a passer by stopped to look at the Studebakers parked in front of the restaurant. One of which had a for sale sign in the window, so he talked with one of the members that was outside and left his name and address. He didn't
live far away and mentioned that he had some Studebakers too!
So, after the meeting we took a short detour on our tour abnd 40 of dropped in on him.
Here is what we found.Yes he had 4 Studes in his barn and one unrestored outside. AND he let us park on his lawn!!!

I just know someone is going to want to see more pictures of the 32 Rockne that showed up.

One of our long time member bought himself a new Studebaker YESTERDAY! And drove it to the meeting today. 200 mile test drive!Way to go Gordon! Just don't let it spend too much time in the garage.

The cheese in Armstrong is not so great anymore since they were bought by Kraft!
And No there is no tailgait.

Is this person still in your club Brian? I was looking at these photos, and darned if that Larkero doesn't look like a Champ cab, with a fabricated bed from a coupe body cut down. At least looking at the crease behind the cab, is what that appears to be to me. Is it? I know the grill is a Lark and not a Champ, but behind the door, it appears to be the way I'm describing.
