  • Cool/Heat: Radiator repair vs. swap

My 52 champion is in need of a new radiator. I have the option to repair the original for around $400 or search for a new one. Any suggestions on what is the better way to go? If a new one is the answer, any leads on where to pick one up would be appreciated.

There were some older NOS radiators in the SASCO inventory which are now in Studebaker International's inventory. You might give them a call. Probably not much money to be saved in new (if still available) or to have yours recored/

I had my 51 Rad recored with my existing top and bottom tanks for $390. Is the price you were quoted for a new core with your old tanks?
