  • Engine: dampner install tool

Okay, my engine was leaking oil out the front seal. I will need a speedy sleeve and seal.
I will need a new crank bolt also, the bolt is stripped pretty bad, the PO must have used it to install the balancer, I found a 11/16 tap to clean up the threads in the crank.

so where can i find a dampner install tool with 11/16 fine threads?

You have to make your own. Just buy at a swap meet a Chevy one. Then take a old Stude crank bolt, cut off the head and weld the bolt stub onto the installation tool.
