We had a chapter meeting today, and afterwards a bunch of us went to my grandad's shop. Here's a view of a couple of the cars that showed up. The car on the trailer is my grandad's latest treasure; a '54 Champion coupe.
The '54 two door sedan belongs to Buddy Romines, who rebuilds Champion engines. The '62 Daytona HT is George Klutkowski's. The '63 Daytona ragtop is Curtis French's latest purchase. (Prior to Curtis buying it, it was "Jim's Pride and Joy". :)) And everyone already knows the story on the orange pickup...

Another view of the coupe.
Has a blowed-up 259 with OD trans with a weird floor shifter. The fella we got it from bought it as his first car in 1961 for $250.00. In 1964 he blew up the engine and it's just been sitting ever since...

That is an interesting blue 2 door sedan. Do you have more pictures of that?

I don't have anymore pics of it. [V]
But, a quick search on Google, and I found this site with a pic as well as a bunch of pics and info on what he's done to the car. [^]

Maybe Mr. Romines will reply to this thread, he is a member of the forum. :)

He has a very interesting web site. A real encyclopedia for rebuilding a 54 Champion.
