    You're kidding, right?

You do realize this is a Studebaker forum, don't you?

Yeah, I think someone here may have heard of 'em before..............

Seriously, there are hundreds of posts here about them... do a search for "zip van" and you'll learn all you want to know! Here's just one thread from last year:

Didn't mean to be a smart-aleck, but your question made me chuckle; like asking Alaskans if they've heard of snow...

Yes, I owned a Zip Van for years and partially restored it (paint, engine, etc.). As Bob/Bams50 said, they have been discussed on this forum. The "search" function should help you out. If you still have particular questions after that, ask away.

Give him a break, He is from Sweden. They didn't have Zip Vans there or US Mail for that matter.

Good to have you on the forum.

Here is a picture of a Zip Van that was at the Omaha Meet.

For some reason the info isn't on the chapter site anymore...

Here's a pic of it though.

Here's a slide show. Just give it a second, and it will work automatically.

What on earth do you want an old mail van for? They don't like going over 45mph and have left hand drive. Of course if you drive on the left in Sweden, I wouldnt know...
