DROVE IT TODAY (in the yard)

With the low oil pressure and overheating problems solved, I installed a Turner disk brake conversion yesterday, bled the brakes this morning and drove it around the yard a little. Still plenty of adjustments to be made, but it was sure nice to finally get to the point where the car was functional again.

Congratulations! The first drive is always a thrill. The first drive I took in my pick up was down the road to my sons, no doors or box, sitting on a bucket, but after all that work driving it felt great!
Let us know how the brake kit works out, there are several of us doing that install now.
